Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

By purchasing any product or service from Mystic Moon Spiritual Readings and Energy Healings LLC and/or The Mystical Moon Shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of spiritual services and customized products, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances once a transaction has been completed.

2. NO GUARANTEES
You acknowledge and agree that there is no 100% guarantee of results. Spiritual work, spellwork, and energy-based services are influenced by multiple factors including, but not limited to, free will, timing, energy alignment, and personal circumstances. Results will vary from person to person.

3. RECAST POLICY
A recast may be requested no sooner than six (6) months from the date the original work was completed, and only if no results or movement have been observed. Recasts are not guaranteed and are provided solely at the discretion of the practitioner.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
You understand that you are fully responsible for your own actions, decisions, and outcomes. Services provided are for spiritual guidance and support purposes only and should not replace professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

5. NO CHARGEBACKS OR DISPUTES
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes. Any attempt to reverse or dispute a charge will be considered a violation of these terms and may result in refusal of future services and potential legal action.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing from this store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement. You further confirm that you have read and fully agreed to these Terms of Service.

Failure to agree with these terms means you should not proceed with your purchase.

Please contact our shop if you encounter any issues for any workings .please allow all spellwork to fully manifest in the time frame we tell you upon your consultation. All Returns on merchandise must be within 7 days and not opened .
