Reiki for Anxiety

To enjoy the best results of any of my REIKI sessions you are advised to:
- refrain from consumption of any addictive substances 24hrs before and after the session
- maintain healthy sleeping routine
- drink water
- eat healthy, low processed meals

With this fully custom REIKI healing session to help you release negative emotions and remove emotional blocks that are related to AXIETY / STRESS of whatever origin on conscious and subconscious level. Please note that the session might cause emotional response.

You might feel energy shift right away. However please keep in mind that more complex cases might require the procedure to be repeated.

PLEASE NOTE
- 1 session lasts 15, 30 or 60 minutes - pursuant to your choice of variant
- each session includes removal of energetical blockages within your body
- different time zones are irrelevant - I always set an intention that the energy reaches the recepient immediately or within 24hrs from the session when he / she is the most receiptive
- once your session is completed I will send you a notification via ETSY messenger.
- please set 1 intention per session.
- during the session you might experience different subtle physical sensations (heat / cold, seeing colors or light , stomach rumbling) or none at all. Both situations are equally satisfying in terms of REIKI effectiveness.
- REIKI flows where its needed the most. Consequently unexpected shifts might occur.
